I'm Carl Pounders — founder, designer + engineer. Worked with 40+ US teams, from pre-seed to Series A. Philosophy: build the smallest thing that sells, then iterate. No Notion theatre, no 40-page decks. Just Figma, Next.js, Stripe, shipped.
